FIELD is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization and EPIC is a statewide charter school program with campuses in Southern, Central, and Northern California employing over 200 people. Our core purpose is to empower underserved communities to achieve self-sufficiency through education, workforce development, and employee-owned social enterprises. Master's degree preferred
Ten (10) years of progressive leadership in nonprofit and/or educational organizations preferred
Demonstrated success leading organizations, managing cross-functional teams, and securing extramural funding
Experience in K-14 education and/or adult education and/or charter school oversight and operations
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
California Driver's License and automobile insurance.
