Provides administrative support such as planning and organizing internal and external meetings, drafting agendas and communications, taking and distributing notes.
Coordinates collaboration between various members of the leadership team and external stakeholders from both the public and nonprofit sector.
Assists with preparation for special events such as large meetings with public sector partners and external presentations.
Assists in coordinating short- and long-term projects, tracking progress and managing next steps.
Composes and edits correspondence and presentations.
Helps coordinate events, researches logistics, assists with planning and preparing presentations, event outreach, and post-event writeups.
May assist with other administrative projects as needed and acquire higher level guidance and skills.
Performs other related work as needed.
Preferred Qualifications Â
Education:
Bachelorâ™s degree in economics, public policy, or a closely related field strongly preferred.
Experience:
Administrative experience strongly preferred.
Event planning experience strongly preferred.
Experience working on short and long term projects from beginning to end strongly preferred.
