Job Description Provide customer service and seamless entry to patients, families, physicians, physician offices, the community and internal departments throughout SLHS. May include, but is not limited to; pre-admission, main and emergency registration, insurance verification, and other duties as assigned to promote the overall reduction of days in A/R such as billing and collection reports. This individual may also be responsible for determining financial accountability, notifying/collecting of up-front patient financial responsibility, providing information and referrals.
