UPMC Community Medicine, Inc. is seeking a Primary Care Physician trained in Family Medicine to join Horizon Family Medicine located in Hermitage, Pennsylvania.

About Horizon Family Medicine:

-         Horizon Family Medicine is located at the Hermitage Outpatient Center.

-         Join a team one physician and two APPs care for 14-18 patients per day.

-         Participate in a large Family Medicine call group consisting of 18 providers.

-         Resources in the practice and within the outpatient center include X-ray, Diabetic Retinal exams, Orthopedic care, CRS (Rehab), and pediatrics.

-         Mammography, lab, and X-ray within a half a mile from the Outpatient Center.

Job Requirements:

-         Medical Degree (MD/DO)

-         Accredited Family Medicine Residency Program completion

-         Board Certified in Family Medicine (or board eligible for residency new graduates)

-         Unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License

-         DEA certification
