Key Responsibilities

• Process and enter charitable gifts accurately and on time
  
  

• Prepare donor acknowledgments, receipts, and correspondence
  
  

• Maintain and update donor and constituent records
  
  

• Assist with data cleanup, reporting, and pledge follow-up
  
  

• Support monthly gift reconciliation with the Business Office
  
  

• Help prepare mailing lists and materials for events and communications

What We’re Looking For

• Administrative, data entry, or office support experience
  
  

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  
  

• Comfort working with databases and office software
  
  

• Clear communication and discretion with sensitive information
  
  

• Associate’s degree required

Nonprofit, school, or fundraising experience is a plus, but not required.
