Job Description

Provides professional nursing care for clinic patients following established standards and practices. Responsible for telephone screening (with protocols), medication/injection education, rooming patients, taking vitals and history, assist with procedures. Able to work in a team atmosphere, as well as, autonomously. Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor at all times. Delegates tasks to unlicensed assistive personnel UAP in accordance with demonstrated competencies and consideration to Scope of Practice. May be responsible for covering Medical Assistant job duties as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Both MO and KS LPN License required
• BLS Certification required

Preferred:
Minimum of 1 year experience preferred
