Join our dynamic RightSource team as a Training Specialist II, where you’ll play a key role in delivering engaging, high-impact training on Affordable Housing programs. Use your Affordable Housing expertise to lead orientation sessions, webinars, and go-live trainings that empower clients and staff alike. You'll partner with Yardi experts, manage implementation timelines, and create tailored learning experiences that make a lasting impact. What You’ll Do:
Deliver product and software training using a variety of instructional formats, including virtual and in-person platforms.
Develop and execute training plans that cover product features, navigation, and troubleshooting techniques.
Apply in-depth knowledge of the Affordable Housing industry and ensure effective instruction.
Support go-live training efforts by coordinating schedules and working closely with internal teams and clients.
Present engaging workshops and presentations at company conferences and events.
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree in education, business, finance, computer engineering or a related area or and equivalent combination of education and experience
Three (3) to five (5) years of training or educational experience in Affordable Housing
Two (2) years relevant industry, field, or software experience
Proven ability to positively and effectively interact with others and the ability to teach and coach others
Demonstrated client-centered commitment and focus, with the ability to build rapport
Detail-oriented, resourceful, and organized, with the ability to manage shifting priorities
Excellent communication skills
Proven ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Strong knowledge of multimedia training platforms and methods
Ability to engage and transfer knowledge with lasting results
