This program offers a well-rounded experience, with strengths in both acute and ambulatory care. Residents work closely with preceptors, with a goal of being able to independently work in various clinical and distributive areas by the end of the residency year. Training experiences include acute care experiences in ED, ICU, transitions of care, and medical units, ambulatory experiences in family medicine, internal medicine, cancer center, and anticoagulation clinic, and administration experiences.
