Responsible for telephone screening and/or portal responses (with protocols), medication/injections, phlebotomy, assist with procedures, nurse visits, workque/inbasket/faxque management, induction scheduling, prior authorizations, and other duties as assigned by clinic, which may occasionally include covering Medical Assistant job duties.
