The Executive Director will provide the strategic direction and leadership for RiverRun and will serve as a spokesperson, team leader, and mentor to the staff. The Executive Director will set the tone for the organization and provide leadership by creating a harmonious and effective workplace culture in which the contributions of staff and volunteers are recognized and valued while reaching organizational objectives.
