1. Strategically Plan the annual communication calendar for awarding aid (federal, state and scholarship) notifications to current and prospective students.
2. Identifies and awards Foundation Scholarships with the assistance of the Foundation Scholarship Committee and Faculty/Staff
3. Plans and implements strategic enrollment and scholarship outreach as a part of retention and completion initiatives.
4. Evaluates deregistration lists and determines the applicable communication strategies.
5. Maintains the FA Website to ensure effective communications to students.
6. Plans and manages telephone campaigns to students and prospective students.
7. Serves as a Financial Aid liaison to the Scholarship Committee.
8. Manages important alerts and notices to students through all media outlets.
9. Oversees the planning of financial aid and scholarship outreach events.
10. Utilizes and manages reports to identify targeted outreach cohorts and provides weekly progress reports.
11. Work with Marketing to develop scholarship material as needed.
12. Present at College financial aid nights and at area high schools as needed.
13. Coordinates donor/scholar recognition events with donor relations staff.
14. Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's Degree Business, Marketing, or related field from an accredited institution or two years of related work experience


Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to operate databases such as Academic Works and Colleague (GL)
• Nonprofit and/or education industry operations.
• Ability to create and maintain accurate and up-to-date records
• Budget preparation and administration principles and practices
