We're currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time day shift in our brand-new Memory Care Unit.

In this role, you'll provide direct nursing care and oversee daily activities of CMTs and CNAs. Responsibilities include:

• Administering medications and nursing care per resident care plans

• Supervising staff and coordinating shift activities

• Supporting new admissions and discharges

• Communicating with families and physicians

• Monitoring resident health and reporting changes

• Demonstrating strong customer service and professionalism
