ChristianaCare is looking for a BC/BE Pediatric Emergency Medicine physician to join our fabulous team. Our mission is twofold: to provide exceptional care for children, and to provide an exceptional work environment for our faculty and staff.
14-bed unit built in 2022 and located within a large, community nonprofit system.
Combined PEM and General Pediatricians in EM ("GPEM") model.
Academic affiliation with Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University.
Robust Behavioral Health (BH) support: embedded BH Social Worker; on site crisis evaluation and Pediatric Psychiatry teams; admissions covered by Pediatric Hospitalist team.
All imaging modalities, including POCUS.
In-house and external sub-specialty consults readily available.
EMR (Cerner, transition to EPIC 2026).
