• Produce a monthly "Beyond the Data" research article assembling, discussing, and synthesizing relevant research for the York community. 
• Review and synthesize relevant community data to be distributed for project-based learning classes. 
• Produce data visualizations, timelines, and infographics showcasing community research. 
• Create and maintain boilerplate text for Urban Collaborative and Center for Community Engagement (CCE) program grants. 
• Create "project cards" for faculty detailing the goals and outcomes of their project-based learning projects. 
• Represent the CCE at community meetings around housing, business, safety, and nonprofit issues (ex. Stable Housing Collaborative, York County Planning Commission, etc.). 
• Collaborate with CCE staff on advancing community projects. 
• Network with CCE community partners, business and nonprofit organizations, and government officials. 
• Other duties as assigned, including but not limited to: 
  • Attending community-related events and/or meetings that may take place during some evenings and/or weekend hours. 
  • Providing desk coverage at the CCE during business hours.

To be hired for this position applicants must:

• Be accepted into an eligible YCP graduate program that starts in summer 2025 or fall 2025.
