Scheduled Hours37.5Position SummaryThis individual will be responsible for transactional and corporate legal work in a variety of critical areas, including real estate, advancement, finance, taxation, employee benefits and vendor agreements. The attorney in this position will have the knowledge and experience to work independently, with appropriate levels of support and supervision as they learn about university practices and initiatives. This role reports to the Vice Chancellor & General Counsel, and will work particularly closely with Assistant Vice Chancellors and Associate General Counsel who practice in similar substantive areas.
