The Office of Academy Resources (OAR) is seeking an Assistant Director of Family Giving.   This position reports to the Director of Family Giving, and working in collaboration with the Associate Director, helps develop communications marketing strategies for Andover Fund appeals and engagement programs. The Assistant Director is responsible for the team’s event management, on and off campus; and manages a committee of outreach volunteers. The assistant director is responsible for a parent portfolio for cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of annual fund gifts, impacting parent participation and leadership annual support. The Assistant Director also provides data analysis and works in collaboration with the full development team and OAR to optimize a
