JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a talented administrative professional to join our Consolidated Services team. The ideal candidate will bring value to the team by providing administrative support for the Consolidated Services Team which consists of Nursys, Exams, Meetings and Office & Administrative Services.
Reporting to the Director, Consolidated Services, the Operations Coordinator I will support all CS units as needed and assist with special projects as assigned. RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides administrative support to all CS units: Nursys, Exams, Meetings and Office & Administrative Services. Provides support during Exam’s or Meeting’s peak seasons. Provides back-up support to Office & Administrative Services during peak meeting season for expense statements and year-end invoices. Provides back-up to Nursys during peak.
Ensure all CS SOPs are up-to-date and documented. Leads projects to audit SOPs on an annual basis.
Partners with Director, Consolidated Services to support Special Projects assigned to Consolidated Services. Function as liaison between CS and the other departments for special projects.
Monitors NCSBN website for out-of-date information, including compass, and collaborates with business owner to update information.
Provides administrative support by collaborating and monitoring knowledge network calls for other departments. Support the process of Knowledge Networks.
Acquires and maintains competent knowledge of relevant products, current policies, and methods of support delivery to achieve established performance metrics based on standard operating procedures. Makes recommendations for continuous process enhancement.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
Associate degree preferred.
Strong verbal, written, organizational, critical thinking and analytical skills required.
Professional interpersonal skills.
Effective communication skills.
Attention to detail, adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); or CRM experience.
