About this role:
The product manager is responsible for maintaining the product roadmap, conducting competitive analysis, being the voice of the customer internally and leading a cross functional team to deliver products that meet business objectives. They are excellent problem solvers who can clearly communicate the product roadmap to a broad range of stakeholders. They work closely with Senior Product Managers and Directors of Product implementing the vision and strategy.
What you'll do:
Develop a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with the company's overall objectives and goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development and launch.
Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on user feedback, market demand, and business goals.
Create detailed product requirements and specifications for new features and improvements.
Champion a user-centric approach to product development, ensuring the platform delivers an exceptional user experience.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve the product
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product performance against them.
Use data-driven insights to optimize product features and drive growth
Manage the product development lifecycle, including planning, execution, and release management.
Set clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables for the product team.
Present product updates, roadmaps, and performance metrics to senior management and other stakeholders.
Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support
Where you'll be:
This role will be based at our Liberty Corner, NJ campus on a hybrid schedule. Employees are expected to spend 3 days per week working in the office, between Monday - Thursday.
What you bring:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager for consumer-facing software platforms.
Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.
Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully launching and managing software products.
Passion for technology and staying up to date with industry trends. Strong interest or experience in golf, golf maintenance or agricultural fields
