Salary: $250,000 - $345,000

McGuireWoods is seeking a mid-level associate with 3-5 years of experience and a demonstrated background in M&A, HSR, merger compliance, and transactional counseling.
While premerger experience is essential for this position, associates will be able to participate in all aspects of the practice and can expect to receive significant responsibility early on.
Excellent academic credentials and writing skills are required, large firm or relevant government agency experience is preferred.
Candidates who have completed a federal clerkship will be strongly considered.
