Job Summary: The University of Wisconsin Law School seeks applicants for a Clinical Instructor position in the Law & Entrepreneurship Clinic (L&E Clinic). The L&E Clinic trains and supervises students to provide transactional business law services to Wisconsin businesses and nonprofits. The Clinical Instructor will provide direct legal services to very small businesses (VSBs) and businesses owned by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals (SEDIs) and may instruct and supervise law students. Principal Duties: The Clinical Instructor will help the L&E Clinic implement its scope of work under the U.S. Department of the Treasury's State Small Business Credit Initiative grant program to provide technical leg
