Reporting to the Director of Annual Giving, the Assistant Director oversees the production of appeals across all channels, including direct mail, email, and web. The position serves as a thought partner to Advancement Communications on audience design and segmentation, while working closely with database analysts to ensure accurate data delivery. The position is also responsible for tracking production expenditures against the budget, while also managing the
