Software Developer in DFW, TX to perform software programming & development for applications using programming languages (Java, C, C+ +, C#, VB6, ASP.NET, VB.NET), including the translation of design specifications into fully implemented applications using software design patterns; testing using (Junit or E-Cobertura and/or client specific test cases.); & deploying software products using standard packaging techniques & implementation practices. Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, & proposed solutions. Provide feedback to analysis/training staff about performance considerations/usability issues concerning software specs & implementation. Use ASP.NET MVC (Model View[1]Controller) framework to design & implement scalable applications. Build & configure iMIS or similar MIS (Management Information System) type software using programming languages (Java, C, C+ +, C#, VB6, ASP.NET, VB.NET) & using MS SQL Server including writing scripts, stored procedures & triggers; business applications encompassing accounting practices/ principles & business object development using Dynamic HTML, ColdFusion, Java script, CSS, XML & Jquery. Participate in all software lifecycle phases, including requirements derivation during client/consultants’ collaborative meetings, architecture/design using flowcharts & use case scenarios, implementation, deployment & programming support of applications for accounting practices/ principles & business object development using Dynamic HTML, ColdFusion, Java script, CSS, XML and Jquery. Developing web services/APIs (application program interface) using SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol). Collaborate with quality assurance staff to ensure full testing & review applications & products using automated & manual testing tools. Monitor progress using team building tools like Teamwork like MS.
Requires Master's in computer science or computer engineering or its equivalent + 0 experience; or, alternatively, Bachelor's in computer science or computer engineering or its equivalent plus 2 years experience as software developer while working with iMIS or similar MIS (Management Information System) software.
