Dignity Health Medical Group - Dominican (dhmf.org/dominican) is seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) (Physiatry) physician in Santa Cruz, CA to join our mixed office-based and hospital-based practice consisting of 20 acute rehabilitation beds which is CARF certified, in addition to a bustling consult service. Our Group is a physician led, patient centered organization. We're affiliated with Dominican Hospital (dominicanhospital.org), aligned with one of the largest nonprofit health systems in the nation and the largest hospital system in California.

Only practice in Santa Cruz seeing General Rehabilitation patients
1:4 hospital call
Teaching opportunity to precept advanced practice providers and future residents
Requirements:
Proficient in seeing patients in the Acute Rehabilitation Unit and providing consulting services in hospital
Proficient in both inpatient & outpatient settings
Inpatient schedule: minimum one week per month
Available Resources:
Mentorship: from established and newer physicians in the group
Dedicated MA team for efficient workflow
