Summary: The Multimedia Production Manager is responsible for conceptualizing and producing audio, video, and other multimedia products and providing content development support across the organization.
Location: Remote
Anticipated salary: $76,000 Extended experience: up to $86,500 if experience exceeds expectations
Principal Functions:
Oversees multimedia production efforts. Product areas include videos, podcasts, data visualization products, interactive content, photography, web-native products, and assets for emerging platforms
Responsible for planning, recording, and editing video and audio content
Collaborates with ASTHO???s web, communications, and graphic design teams on new product offerings
Stays informed about promising new content trends and identifies innovation opportunities for ASTHO and recommends implementation strategies
Brings digital enhancements to ASTHO???s capacity building and technical assistance (CB/TA) framework
Responds to incoming content requests and triages messages to ensure seamless operations
Reviews multimedia materials before publication online; coordinates with ASTHO???s public relations team on dissemination strategy
Provides broader creative support to ASTHO as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor???s degree in multimedia arts, communications, or related field
Superb video, audio, and multimedia production abilities
Strong web-native content creation skills
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and related content tools
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong presentation and project management skills
Must have a portfolio of published work available for review during the application process
