The Muskie School of Public Service graduate program in Policy, Planning and Management at the University of Southern Maine invites applications for The AVANGRID David Flanagan Endowed Professorship in Public Policy, beginning August 26, 2024.  The successful candidate should be an experienced educator in public policy with the ability to teach a variety of courses online and in-person in our Master’s in Policy, Planning and Management (MPPM) program.
