Reports to: Director, Annual Giving, Alumni Relations & Parent Engagement
Position summary: Coordinates and executes the administrative tasks, project management, analytics, and support functions associated with the fundraising activities of the MICA Advancement Office with the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, organization and exemplary customer service

Summary of Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinates some of the tracking of moves and prospect management for individuals and institutional prospects
Provides key proposal and grant reporting support for submission of materials, collection of supporting information and packaging and coordination of meetings and signatures related to grants management for the Executive Director of Corporate Foundation and Government Relations
Supports Stewardship, Annual Fund and Alumni/Parent mailings and constant contact support
Assists with cultivation and donor event support
Serve as coordinator of meetings, record keeping and the database for the team
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
In collaboration with the Advancement team - tracks/facilitates a major gift and corporate and foundation identification and moves management process and ensures accurate record keeping and integrity of the data  in the Raiserâs Edge (RE) database
Supports select correspondence, drafting of initial transmittal letters, filing of key materials and initial drafting of briefings and creating packets for upcoming visits
Assists in setting up key internal and some external meetings including arranging logistics for travel, meeting sites and confirmation with all attendees and supporting materials needed
Assists in campaign related activities for the overall Advancement effort from supporting notes from prospect development meetings to event support and follow-up
Records moves and strategies, and tracks all key prospect updates in RE system
Assists with coordinating the review of periodic reports on CFG with staff
Provides administrative support as needed
Supports by tracking and monitoring key budget items for the various departments
Coordinates meetings, agendas, manages calendars
Performs other related duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to exercise appropriate level of professionalism and discretion when dealing with information of a highly confidential nature
Detail oriented with a proven track record of successful project management and the ability to work independently and efficiently in solving problems within a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Google Calendars, PowerPoint, and Excel.Â
Working knowledge of Raiserâs Edge a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to research, compile, and summarize data for reports
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelorâs degree or equivalent
Proven years of experience in a related field
Ability to exercise appropriate level of professionalism and discretion when dealing with information of a highly confidential nature
Detail oriented with a proven track record of successful proactive management of deadlines and timelines
Ability to work independently and efficiently in solving problems within a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Google Calendars, PowerPoint, and Excel.Â
Working knowledge of Raiserâs Edge a plus.

Office management experience desirable
