The Florida Automobile Dealers Association (FADA) is currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Program Associate to join our team. This role is full-time and is required to work in the office from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Visit our website at https://www.flada.org/ to learn more about FADA.
As a Program Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting FADA's operations. Your responsibilities will include administrative tasks, social media management, and database entry. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about contributing to the success of the automotive industry in Florida.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing emails, and handling phone calls.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate logistics for events and meetings.
Communications
Coordinate, in conjunction with the Director of External Affairs, FADA's social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Create engaging and relevant content to increase our online presence.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms.
Working with third party videographer and editing video
Update website with news articles, newsletters, etc.
Database Entry
Maintain and update the association's membership database.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry.
Generate reports and analyze data as needed.
Member Relations
Provide excellent customer service to FADA members, addressing their inquiries and needs professionally and promptly.
Assist in member outreach and engagement initiatives in conjunction with the Director of Member Relations.
Maintain sponsorship list.
Other Duties as Assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Previous experience in association management, administrative support, social media management, and software programs listed below.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Hootsuite, Wordpress, Canva, Constant Constant, and knowledge of Salesforce
