Job Summary
Our team is growing! We're looking for a marketing tech guru to leverage and extend our marketing technology stack including the customer relationship management software, content management system, advertising platform, and social media. This person will implement marketing campaigns utilizing PPC, SEO, SEM, email, social media, remarketing, and display ads. They will also collaborate with marketing specialists to achieve campaign objectives, improve efficiency, and maximize performance across marketing channels.
Responsibilities and Duties
Lead the marketing technology team (two coordinators) and develop short and long-term strategic goals for the department, including staff growth and development.
Optimize the marketing technology stack to improve workflow, leverage automation, and analyze data. Tech stack includes the CRM (HubSpot), CMS (WordPress), social, and advertising platforms.
Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Establish best practices and procedures for setting up and connecting customer-facing touch points with backend analytics, automation, and workflow systems.
Identify critical conversion points, drop off points, and optimize user funnels.
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Manage reporting and visualization for tech stack, allowing for analysis of activity and where possible automating delivery of reports.
Evaluate emerging technologies and provide perspectives for technology adoption where appropriate.
Collaborate with marketing specialists to leverage technology stack to achieve campaign objectives, measure ROI, and KPIs.
Manage the implementation of web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Provide oversight for social media presence and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.
Train and mentor internal users to maximize the marketing technology stack.
Qualifications and Skills
B.A. in marketing or related field
Minimum 2 years management experience
Minimum 3 years in marketing or related role
Minimum 3 years HubSpot experience required
Minimum 3 years WordPress experience required
Minimum 3 years Google Analytics & Ads experience required
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
Strong project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
