Dignity Health Medical Group - Dominican, dhmf.org/dominican, is seeking a team oriented, bilingual Spanish speaking Family Medicine PA to join our collegial practice in Watsonville, CA. We are a multi-specialty group with more than 100 physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners that is a physician led and patient centered organization. We are affiliated with Dominican Hospital (dominicanhospital.org) and aligned with one of the largest nonprofit health systems in the nation and the largest hospital system in California.

Compensation/Benefits Include:
Compensation Range: $134,098 - $150,190
Productivity bonus, sign on bonus and relocation assistance
Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans and CME allowance
The posted compensation range is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay (depending on experience) that CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, also based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
