Houston Christian High School (HCHS) is accepting applications for the position of Business Office Associate. The Business Office Associate oversees payroll, purchasing, and accounts payable under the direction of the Director of Business Affairs. This position requires self-motivation, strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and manage their time well amid questions and interruptions. The Business Office Associate supports the Business Office team, working in collaboration with all administrators, staff, and faculty. This is a full-time and exempt position.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors or Associates degree in Accounting or related field or equivalent experience.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word) and google applications.
2 years experience in Payroll/Benefits desired.
Experience with Blackbaud Accounting Systems for Nonprofits beneficial.
