Overview: The Executive Director is the only employee of the Great Lakes Children’s Museum Trustees. The Executive Director drives vision and mission and conducts the affairs of the Great Lakes Children’s Museum by interpreting and applying policies, limitations and exclusions adopted by the Trustees while selecting, leading and cultivating staff.   Responsibilities: Strategic Planning Conducts, in partnership with the Trustees, Staff, Community and Museum consultants, strategic planning with a special emphasis on long-range visioning and organizational structure.
