Join a growing Palliative Practice where you will be immediately busy
Partner with physicians from every specialty as you determine the best course of action of patient care according to the individuals needs
Collaboration with system program of Palliative Medicine Physicians, APCs, Social Workers, and Chaplains
Supports a Hospice and Palliative Fellowship Program
Opportunity for Research and Academics
Well established referral base at all Hospitals
Flexible Schedule
Practice consists of a mix of Inpatient and Outpatient
Shared call to provide a good work/life balance
EPIC EMR
Ability to partner in program development and growth
Opportunities in Grafton, Kenosha, Milwaukee, and Sheboygan, Wisconsin
Training and/or experience required
Completion of an Accredited Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship
Board certification/board eligible in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
Wisconsin License or ability to obtain
Team player who is hardworking, ethical and has excellent communication skills
