Summary: The SharePoint and IT Training Manager manages ASTHO???s SharePoint environment, recommending enhancements and modifications to align with ASTHO???s goals and objectives. Translates high-level business requirements into functional specifications for the organization and manages changes to such specifications. The SharePoint and IT Training Manager should understand technological trends and use this knowledge to bring solutions to ASTHO staff. This position is also responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing IT training plans.

Anticipated salary: $74,000 Extended experience: up to $84,000 if experience exceeds expectations
Principal Functions:
Serves as a liaison between ASTHO staff and the IT department to provide technical solutions to meet user needs
SharePoint Portal Online Management, Maintenance, and Development
Oversight of ASTHO Intranet - SharePoint
Monitor SharePoint Online and web technologies to deliver enhanced end-user experience
Provide technical writing by developing and maintaining specialized guides/standard operating procedures and communications training
Create IT training content: handouts, checklists, manuals, tests/quizzes, presentations, scripts, video, and audio
Updatingexisting content, creating new content, and delivering IT training when there are changes to business processes, new features, or enhancements to code
Promote blended learning solutions and innovative technology and tools to meet business goals
Participates in analyzing tickets, feedback, and requests to identify the need for modification in curriculum and delivery of training
Analyzes department operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions
Qualifications:
Bachelor???s degree in a related field
3 years of SharePoint experience
Demonstrated IT training experience including course development and delivery
Knowledge of relevant productivity tools, systems, applications, and programming languages
Strong research, analytical, planning, and data gathering skills
Excellent communication skills including strong writing and copy editing
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to be onsite at least 3 days a week
