Sigma’s Foundation for Nursing currently has an opening for a Grants Administrative Coordinator. This position is eligible for remote work and is classified as salaried and full-time. The normal work schedule is Monday-Friday daytime EST hours.

Job Summary: Responsible for daily operations of research, scholarships and leadership education grants and their associated services and programs.
Principal Responsibilities:
RESEARCH GRANTS
Receive, process, and maintain research grant, leadership education grant and scholarship information, submissions, files, records, and related correspondence.
Select reviewers and maintain and update biennially the resource pool of volunteer research grant reviewers.
Design and manage stewardship program and maintain records for past and current research grant recipients.
Work with co-sponsored grant organizations to ensure timely grant processing and notification and work with co-sponsored grant organizations to collaboratively promote the grants.
Provide administrative support to Research Scholarship Advisory Council, and its activities and any other research grant-related task forces and ensure that their work and recommendations are carried out throughout the research grant program.
Initiate and coordinate development of materials for research grant and programming activities, including ongoing promotion and updates on the Website. Oversee online grant proposal submissions and revisions.
Receive, maintain, and process Leadership Education Grants and provide administrative support to its selection committee, including securing committee members biennially and notifying leadership education grant recipients. Implement and manage stewardship program for past and current leadership education grant recipients.
Promote the leadership education grant program and provide the appropriate applications to the appropriate program areas for posting.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required.
3-5 years’ experience at an association or related organizational experience, with grant oversight desired.
Proficiency in software systems, including Microsoft Office and grant evaluation programs.
Experience with budget planning and oversight and administering grants and scholarships according to U.S. non-profit industry standards.
