Job Summary: This position is responsible for independently planning, coordinating, and implementing various communications, outreach, and event strategies designed to support the department's strategic priorities; while working closely with other college, department level, and UW Foundation communication professionals. The Communication Specialist will help the department engage with a variety of communication modes including websites, video, print and social media, and provide initiative to embrace emerging communication trends.
