Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
7+ years of relevant general management experience is required.

Evidence of excellence in a mission-driven, social-impact-focused setting.
Accomplishment within a complex multi-stakeholder environment.
Have a passion for and experience in the field of social enterprise, with a firm cross-sector understanding of the application of management and leadership skills to advance social change.
They will have a proven record of accomplishment within a complex environment, with excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with the management and operation of academic programs within a research environment a plus.
The candidate must be self-motivated and creative, as well as adept at managing up, building collaborative relationships throughout the organization, and driving multi-stakeholder processes forward amidst competing priorities.
Capability to support and engage a diverse community of stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in managing and leveraging a close-knit, experienced team.
MBA or other advanced degree strongly preferred.
Additional Information
This role is offered as a hybrid (some combination of onsite and remote) where you are required to be onsite at our Boston, MA-based campus 2-3 days per week. Specific days and schedules will be determined between you and your manager.
