FULL STACK DEVELOPER, Resource Development-Information Technology (RD-IT), to join a team that provides technical management and services in support of fundraising efforts across the Institute. Will participate in the full life cycle of application development, including design, coding, testing, documentation, and production support for fundraising enterprise systems and tightly integrated related systems using a variety of coding frameworks and methodologies.
Job Requirements
REQUIRED: bachelor's degree in a related field; at least seven years of relevant programming experience; experience using Git and GitHub; experience using SQL, stored procedures, or similar; experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS; experience using backend languages similar to PHP, Python and C#; excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team in a diverse, service-oriented environment; ability to work on multiple projects and priorities while meeting changing deadlines, adopt new technologies, and present information in a clear and cohesive manner; discretion with confidential information; and a flexible approach to the work environment. PREFERRED: experience using Docker/Container for development; experience coding in modern methodologies using OOP, MVVM, or similar; knowledge of Unix/Linux; knowledge of Linux-based webserver Apache and NGINX; knowledge of programming CMS platforms, WordPress or Drupal; and experience in a higher education or nonprofit environment.
