The Pharmacist Oncology Clinical Coordinator at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, Ca will support the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center value-based initiatives for the enterprise through oversight over Oncology P&T and 13 Oncology DRG guideline development committees responsible for development of evidenced based guidelines. You will collaborate with the Clinical Efficiency Value team in developing innovative approaches in managing our oncology patients effectively. Be our designated Oncology PGY2 Residency Program Director (RPD).The RPD will have oversight for ensuring PGY2 program accreditation readiness as well as oversight of the PGY2 training program to ensure the program is following and meeting accreditation standards.

Doctor of Pharmacy or equivalent degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
Current pharmacist licensure in the State of California. BLS certification as outlined in the Pharmacist Responsibilities in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation(C.P.R.)
Relevant pharmacist experience Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY2 oncology residency and minimum of three years of additional practice experience in oncology; or has a minimum of five years of experience in oncology practice if candidate has not completed an ASHP-accredited PGY2 residency in oncology.
Frequent standing; walking, bending; reaching, occasional sitting, pushing & pulling, lifting of materials up to 40 pounds for distances to 10 feet. Responsiveness to auditory alarms and communication devices including: telephones, beepers, fire alarms, and mechanical failure alarms.
