ALLIANCE PROGRAM MANAGER, Koch Institute (KI) for Integrative Cancer Research, to manage multiple research programs, projects, and activities, including industry and clinical collaborations. Responsibilities include project and grants management and reporting; coordinating sponsored research, contract, and IP documentation; supporting business development efforts from negotiations through completed projects; working with the executive director, faculty, and partners on administering and delivering programs; and planning meetings, events, and special projects to advance KI's cancer research mission.

Job Requirements REQUIRED: B.Sc.; at least three years of experience in an industry, academic, research, or nonprofit environment; self-motivation and initiative; meticulous attention to detail; and excellent interpersonal, customer service, organizational, financial, project management, and written and oral communication skills. Must be able to multitask and set and manage multiple priorities; anticipate needs; work strategically, independently, and collaboratively as part of a diverse team of scientists and administrators; and engage nonresponsive participants. PREFERRED: M.S. or Ph.D. in biological sciences or bioengineering, event planning experience, knowledge of contracts and agreements, and experience translating complex research for non-scientific audiences.
