The Account Based Marketing Manager's primary goal is to support retention and expansion of Merkle B2b client relationships using an account-based marketing approach. The Account Based Marketing Manager is growth-minded and a collaborative team player who partners with internal team members and client team leadership to build and activate the media strategy and deliver on their business goals. This is a new role on an experienced client team.
Responsibilities:
Working closely with Client Leadership, develop and activate an industry-specific marketing plan to build awareness of their product solutions for a diverse portfolio of OEM and technology products and solutions.
Collaborate across the agencies Global client team to develop a strong and impactful go to market ABM plan that aligns to the clients overall marketing and business goals
Meet the baseline monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs identified for each client product campaign (there will be multiple campaigns)
Work with the diverse Merkle and Dentsu lines of business collaboratively to identify new opportunities or partners to work with
Bring your experience to the table and help create the strategy and vision that will deliver beyond what the clients expect
Develop quantifiable partnerships that extend beyond the client engagement, and support other Merkle B2B partner brands
Support pitch work and share the vision of ABM for 'new logos'
5+ years of B2B marketing experience in a services industry, CXM/marketing agency services preferred (customer experience, commerce, analytics, data, technology, media, creative)
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and welcomes change to yield better outcomes
Ability to work effectively with Leadership and client teams to build consensus and lead and execute the marketing strategy
Previous success in a complex, matrixed solution and marketing environment
Strong problem solving, strategic thinking, and analytical skills
Exceptional communications skills in writing internal and external marketing communications, including content creation
Bachelor's degree in marketing and/or communications (or comparable)
Bonus: Industry knowledge in Financial Services, Insurance, Wealth Management, Nonprofit, and/or Health marketing sectors
