Summary: Implements ASTHO???s technical assistance and inbound request triage model to respond to member, agency, and partner requests in a timely and holistic manner. Designs a systematic approach to mapping subject matter expertise across ASTHO programs and staff. Builds relationships and partnerships across ASTHO to ensure effective use of collected data for planning and performance improvement efforts.
Implement and oversee model for directing, tracking, and supporting completion of all inbound requests to ASTHO, including identification of relevant internal subject matter experts to contribute to responses, tracking progress to fulfillment of requests, and assisting in developing responses.
Lead team of specialists responsible for reviewing, triaging, tracking, and compiling responses for inbound requests, including coordination of staff across ASTHO contributing to the system who are not direct reports.
Develops relationships across ASTHO to support implementation and adoption of the model and builds cross-ASTHO champions in support of responsive triaging.
Design a systematic approach to mapping subject matter expertise and across all ASTHO teams and staff that is dynamic as ASTHO evolves.
Partners across relevant teams to ensure data is captured, analyzed, and leveraged toward planning, organizational evaluation, and performance management efforts.
Directly oversees coordination of certain sensitive, complex, and/or otherwise high importance requests sent to ASTHO senior leaders.
Leads staff development and communication efforts related to technical assistance and triage efforts.
Identifies opportunities for new ASTHO products and/or original research based on emerging topics and member needs based on quantitative and qualitative inbound request data.
Identifies opportunities and implements ongoing quality improvement of the model and system.

Bachelor???s degree required; Master???s degree in public health or related field preferred
5+ years of relevant experience
Broad understanding of public health functions, systems, and infrastructure. Experience in governmental public health preferred.
Experience in a membership association strongly preferred.
Excellent ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively in a team environment with all levels of professional, technical, and administrative staff and toward shared objectives.
Ability to use discretion and judgment in dealing with confidential, sensitive,?and controversial issues
Excellent analytic writing
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment
Supervisory experience preferred
Monday.com proficiency preferred
