We're looking for an energetic, self-starter to join the Innovatis team as a Marketing Manager. An ideal candidate has strong strategic skills to lead a team while supporting marketing initiatives across multiple clients. This candidate will be responsible for leading key projects that will aim to achieve two critical goals:
Growing membership across multiple clients
Increase customer/member engagement, including event attendance and content consumption
We work in a fast-paced environment where new ideas are welcomed and encouraged. Candidates with experience in creating and improving processes will be essential as we continue to grow and onboard new clients.
Develop strategic multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive growth and engagement, including digital, social, email, print and video
Lead client budgets and annual forecasting to support the long-term profitability of the team
Mentor a team to grow professionally in the marketing industry
Manage and launch new marketing platforms and channels to improve team efficiencies and innovation
Leverage market research and analytics to make client recommendations for new programs and outreach
Support new business initiatives, from responding to RFPs to onboarding new clients into our company’s infrastructure
7-12 years of marketing or advertising experience, ideally in event and/or membership marketing
Strong analytical background with the ability to make decisions off of market research and analytics
Experience managing a team
Delivers new innovative ideas
Excellent time management skills with attention to detail
