PORTFOLIO LEAD, STRATEGIC AND PARTNER PROGRAMS , Solve-Strategic and Partner Programs Team , to provide strategic leadership for a portfolio of Solve's custom open innovation Challenges and programs with global, cross-sector clients, including philanthropic foundations, corporations, multilateral organizations, and more. Responsibilities include supervising client onboarding and communications; overseeing content creation and strategic direction for Partner Challenge deliverables; managing prospecting conversations with potential clients; designing and facilitating human-centered design thinking workshops and other virtual/in-person events related to Partner programs; supervising and guiding staff; developing and ensuring that team-level OKRs are achievable and reached; establishing priorities and timelines and ensuring appropriate resources are available to team members; collaborating on designing and executing internal cross-team operations, systems, and processes; and providing other support as needed.

REQUIRED : bachelor's degree in an area relevant to Solve's work; four years' experience in project management, partnerships, business development, or fund-raising for social impact, events, or nonprofit organizations; two years' experience managing staff; excellent organizational and team management skills; a project management or consulting background; experience working in a complex, multilayered environment with multiple stakeholders; and sales or nonprofit development experience. Must be able to anticipate needs, effectively plan and prioritize work, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
