The Manager of Local Member Engagement oversees membership engagement support, resources and activities for our local membership affiliations (Chapters, Forums and International Membership Partners). As ASCM’s approach in developing strong engagement at the local level in North America evolves, we anticipate expanding globally. To support this, the Manager must be able to build strong relationships and have a willingness and ability to work with technical platforms and tools to drive engagement. Additionally, the Manager is responsible for ensuring the user experience for ASCM Members to identify and join a local membership affiliation is positive. This allows members to achieve career goals, connect with friends and mentors, and to learn new skills throughout their career journey at the local level. The Manager must be able to build, grow and manage engagement through online groups and related features in the Salesforce Community Cloud at the local membership affiliation level that may also extend to the member. This is a great opportunity for someone with a member-first mentality to help create a new model of association engagement.
