Summary: Supports activities related to the implementation of ASTHO???s strategic plan and utilization of ASTHO???s federal and foundation funding. Reports to the Director of Program Operations.
Financial point of contact for several of ASTHO programmatic teams
Performs analysis of program and financial information to improve ASTHO???s operational performance
Works with program teams to quantify project status??? into financial projections
Assesses project challenges and streamlines solutions between program and financial units
Provides updates of the financial position of each program team and offers solutions to spending concerns
Supports program teams in reviewing planned and active contracts
Assists with budget tracking and contracts database updates.
Creates, organizes, files and maintains accurate electronic files and hardcopy folders.
Maintains confidential and sensitive information.
Bachelor???s degree in relevant field
1-2 years??? experience in public health programs & projects.
Excellent computer skills including intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Experience working with spreadsheets and data tracking preferred.
Ability to manage diverse priorities with positive outcomes.
Willingness to work on projects across the department.
