Are you seeking a technology-driven role where you can utilize your expertise in education and instructional design to hit the ground running? We are looking for a Senior Manager of Education and Learning Technologies to help lead the education programming efforts and manage the Learning Management System (LMS).

Our Education and Research team is comprised of collaborative, mission-driven individuals who strive to provide a high level of education support and to produce quality continuing education webinars.
Interviews: will be conducted virtually.
Position Location: Fully remote.
Lead all continuing education programming.
Produce and manage ADHA educational webinars.
Responsible for growing, maintaining, and measuring the effectiveness of the LMS Library and Learning Management System.
Assist the Director with the roll out and implementation of CE Subscription model with Membership Engagement.
Identify current hot topics and pain points for dental hygienists and ensure continuing education content is developed to cover those identified areas.
Strategically review ADHA delivery modalities to confirm they are continuing to meet user needs. Proactively investigate, recommend, and implement new learning technologies and any other enhancements that improve the user experience.
Inform, support, and monitor division related actions of the strategic and annual operating plans.
Develop, implement, and assess the 3-5 year online continuing education business plan that supports ADHA strategy as well as the continuing education needs of its members and customers.
Collaboratively facilitate and manage ADHA’s marketing and communications efforts related to continuing education.
Partner with Corporate Development to identify prospective continuing educational opportunities that could be sponsored and work directly on the content of sponsored programs.
Lead the execution of assigned corporate sponsored programs and ensure that all programs are implemented to meet program objectives.
Provide member/customer support as related to continuing education.
Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, public health, or related field.
At least 7 years of experience in a health care and/or adult education setting.
Learning Management System (LMS) administration expertise and experience applying best practices of User Experience and Learning Experience Design.
Proven experience in adult education, instructional design, and eLearning content development.
Technical experience in webinar production and video editing.
Experience using WTG Top Class preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Skilled in eLearning authoring tools, including the Articulate 360 Suite.
Advanced skills in project management and knowledge management.
Working knowledge of copyright compliance and accessibility standards for eLearning courses.
Knowledge of Microsoft products.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
