As Program Manager, you will be an important member of the Education and Research team, striving to provide a high level of education support and helping to produce quality continuing education webinars.

Position Location: Local remote initially, moving to hybrid (2-3 days/week in our Chicago office).
Partner with Senior Manager to convert webinar source content into on demand courses in the Learning Management System (LMS)
Work with Continuing Education team to identify emerging topics for dental hygienists and develop content to cover those identified areas.
Provide support to Member Engagement Initiative, an on-demand subscription model.
Lead on National Board Review on-demand course, including annual revisions.
Track and manage continuing education content with all accrediting bodies.
Support CE Peer Review Panel Committee submission review process.
Collaborate with Senior Manager to provide technical support, coaching, and project management of webinars and webinar to on-demand course conversion projects.
Implement and assess ADHA’s in person and online continuing education to ensure the organization is meeting the learning needs of its members and customers.
Manage all educational content, including the development of program schedules, session descriptions and evaluation for sessions and speakers.
Manage speaker selection process including call for submissions.
Manage speakers, content development, logistics for continuing education rooms per speaker, and corporate sponsor requests in conjunction with the meetings team.
Support Senior Manager in partnership with Corporate Development to identify prospective continuing educational opportunities that could be sponsored and work directly on the content of sponsored programs.
Collaboratively facilitate ADHA’s marketing and communications efforts for all continuing education.
Lead the execution of assigned corporate sponsored programs and ensure that all programs are implemented to meet program objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, public health, or related field or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in a health care and/or adult education setting. Experience in adult education, instructional design, and Learning Management System (LMS) administration. Association experience preferred.
Working knowledge of LMS systems.
Knowledge of course authoring software (Articulate 360 prefered)
Experienced video conference user (Zoom webinars, GoToWebinar)
Basic experience with CRM systems (iMIS preferred).
Knowledge of Microsoft products.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
