Duties IRA 1. Provide outstanding customer service and support to faculty, staff and administrators. 2. Support IRA Committee formal meetings with the preparation of agendas, supporting documentation and minutes. 3. Assist with the tracking and coordination of training and orientation for committee members, program applicants, and awardees. 4. Support the administrative functions of IRA to ensure all requirements are effectively carried out; including analysis and reconciliation of the annual budget, preparing reports, supporting audit and investigation activity, and program account monitoring. 5. Develop systems to track IRA proposals/applications, establish budget reports and develop documentation for Committee review and deliberation. 6. Maintain annual award and expenditure records, prepare reports for the Committee, ASI and university review. 7. Review, organize and prepare expenditure and reimbursement requests to ensure compliance with all university policies and procedures in preparation for final approval.
Duties ASI Board of Directors and Committees 1. Provide support to the Board and committees ensuring the timely development and posting of agendas and minutes. 2. Develop systems to track and communicate compliance with CA Nonprofit Corporate code in the areas of corporate record retention and submission, maintenance of corporate records and establish a calendar of required board action. 3. Support the development and maintenance of action lists, scripts, calendars and other documents needed to ensure proper execution of Board functions. 4. Develop systems to track and distribute action lists for leadership staff relating to Board action.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or 2 years related experience.
Experience: Budget administration Excel/Microsoft Board and committee administration/support

Additional Requirements: Typical Working Conditions Work performed in a temperature controlled office environment. Maintain and deal with a wide variety of public contacts including campus officials, members of the Board of Directors, staff, students, and campus community.
Special Requirements: Must be able to pass a urine drug screen. Upon hire employment history, criminal, and employment background check will be completed. First Aid and CPR Certification within six (6) months of employment. Required to be a Mandatory Reporter and sign ASI Mandatory Reporter Form.
