The Office & HR Manager is responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency. The role will also handle HR for Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity and TKE Foundation including but not limited to payroll, benefits, employment issues, reviews, hiring, onboarding, and keeping all personnel files up to date.

Oversees all general office operations
Assists in answering phones call into the Offices of the Grand Chapter
Purchases office supplies, building supplies, and equipment while maintaining proper stock
Oversees orders and shipping
Orders, creates, and ships annual awards to members, chapters, and colonies
Maintains and enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies and practices
Responsible for managing all aspects of the human resources function for TKE and TKE Foundation:
Employee benefits – Insurance and 401k
Performance reviews and quarterly check-in’s
Related record keeping
Employee satisfaction survey
Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs
Maintains and updates the employee handbook and other HR policies and procedures as needed

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Preferred
1+ years of HR experience or SHRM certification
Available to work occasional evenings and weekends
