We are looking for a Coordinator to provide administrative support to Section Services programs and staff.
Job title: Coordinator 2-Section Services
Provide administrative support to Section Services Manager and Section Relationship Managers
Proofread and edit a variety of documents and distribute weekly communications
Prepare and schedule routine reports using association management software
Assist with section bylaw updates and revision process
Perform a variety of clerical duties
Provide Section Conference support
Coordinate collection of information, track section profiles and officer reports, maintain and update section rosters and officer reports, facilitate and manage awards ordering process
Coordinate and support Section Services programs including regional meetings, workshops and committee meetings
Organize and schedule meetings, take minutes as needed, food order and setup
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with staff, volunteer units, sections and other organizations to promote AWWA and enhance relationships with sections
Serve as content manager for the Section Services department area of AWWA website
High School Diploma; Associates degree preferred
Minimum of 4 years’ administrative or other related experience required
Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Office suite; intermediate proficiency in HTML strongly preferred

Compensation dependent upon qualifications. Pay targeted between $19.50-$21.00 per hour and is paired with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
